250g of Pizza Dough
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Pulled Mozzarella
1 cup of Passata
1 tbsp. of Olive Oil
1 Red Capsicum
1 Red Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Green Chilli
1 Red Chilli
1 tbsp. of Paprika
1 tbsp. of Oregano
½ cup of Olive Oil
1 tbsp. of Salt
1 tbsp. of Pepper
1 bunch of coriander
350g Moe’s At Home Beef Brisket
Pre-heat oven and grill to 200°C.
Cook the 350g Moe’s At Home Beef Brisket according to packet instructions.
Slice onion, garlic, capsicum and chillies. Place skin side up on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil – grilling until the skin is charred.
Blanch the capsicum and remove charred skin.
Add the grilled vegetables to a blender with paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, coriander and olive oil – blending for 15 seconds.
Flour hands and workbench, and roll out pizza dough.
With the remaining flour, dust a large baking tray and evenly spread the dough.
Mix remaining sauce from the Moe’s At Home Beef Brisket with the Passata and evenly spread it over the pizza dough.
Distribute the Moe’s At Home Beef Brisket and mozzarella, and place in the oven – baking for 15 minutes or until the dough has turned golden brown.
Drizzle spicy dressing over Beef Brisket, giving it at least 5 minutes to rest.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
