Grouse Burger

Ingredients:

2 Brioche Buns
350g of Moes At Home Brisket
½ Brown Onion
2 Slices Of Short Cut Bacon
Sliced Colby Cheese
Iceburg Lettuce
Large Roma Tomatoes
Egg
Sliced Beetroot
Whole Egg Mayonnaise

Method:

Cook Moes At Home as per packet instructions.
Toast Brioche Buns.
Slice Tomatoes, Onion and peel lettuce.
Fry Egg sunny side up.
Layer burger to your liking and hold together with a knife.
Serve and enjoy.
