1 packet Slo Moe’s Slo Wood Smoked meat of your choice
200g pre-mix coleslaw
½ Granny Smith apple, cut into matchsticks
4 tbs whole egg mayonnaise
4 baby cos leaves
¼ red onion, finely sliced
4 slices cheddar cheese
50g bread and butter cucumbers
4 brioche buns, halved
- To make the apple slaw, in a bowl combine the coleslaw and apple. Dress with mayonnaise and set to one side.
- Heat your choice of Slo Moe’s meat according to packet instructions.
- To assemble the burger, pile the meat onto one half of the brioche bun and add hot sauce as desired.
- Top with the slaw, onion, pickles, cheese, and cos leaves. Sandwich together and sink your teeth into an American classic!
