350g Of Moes At Home Beef Brisket
½ Red Onion
Sliced Colby Cheese
Whole Egg Mayonnaise
Cook meat as per instructions on the pack.
Fry Onion and Capsicum until caramelised, removing from heat and leaving in a bowl.
Toast Hot Dog Buns in pan, liberally applying Whole Egg Mayonnaise to the middle.
Place vegetables and Brisket on the pan, melting cheese over the top.
Scoop and serve on toasted bun.
