What We Do

When the birds and the sun rise, so do the Slo Moe’s Pitmasters. They’re firing up the smoker to prepare the most tender, flavoursome, fingerlickin’ meat you’ll ever taste. Cooked low and slo’ for 10 to 14 hours to enhance the rich traditional Southern flavours and ensure our meat is tender and juicy.

We are not fancy and we are nothing new, but what we do is lovingly smoke locally sourced produce over Australian Iron Bark and American Bourbon Whiskey Oak. The Southern BBQ methodology hasn’t changed for generations – proving we are not a trend, we are a tradition.

Nothing delivers flavour like 14-hour, wood-smoked BBQ – and now we can deliver that flavour to your front door, along with side dishes, ‘slaw and buns. All you have to do is heat, serve, sit back and take all the credit.

Let Slo Moe’s come to you. Our mobile smoker let’s you enjoy the full 14-hour, wood-smoked BBQ experience at your home, business or wherever you choose. We’ll arrive at dawn and get everything set up while we smoke our quality meats for you and up to (100) guests.

We’ll also take care of the side dishes, ‘slaw and buns – and your drinks order.

At the end of the day, we’ll also do all the clearing up.
